Lauren's blessing\Labor Day

We had a wonderful, busy weekend as we were able to bless Lauren at church.

At some point last week when everyone went back to school, I introduced Maren to what school is like: letters, desks that are either too small or too big, and long periods of time while a teacher is talking to you:) She stared at me the entire time and was amazed at this new activity.

Andy's parents came down from Utah, and my aunt and uncle came up from Carlsbad. It was just a really neat day!

One of my mission companions who lives here came with her hubby, and our neighbor Betty joined us too.

Here's the pretty little lady. She is over 3 months old now, and is really a sweetie!
