Have any of you ever owned one of these or lived next to one? Well, we live right next door to 2, TWO!!! These specific chiwawas are barkers! They do not stop yapping until their owner tells them to stop. Anything sets them off, and when the owner is gone, it's usually hours of almost CONSTANT yapping. We can do nothing in our yard w\o them barking away at us.
What do we do?? It's really hard to deal with yapping dogs throughout the day. We've talked to the owner 4 times and nothing has really changed.
Give us some advice PLEASE!! (bb guns or poisoned meat are not an option:)

Uggh! That is not cool. I don't even know any advice, especially since you have already talked to the owners! It stinks that they won't put them in if they are that obnoxious!
keep some cans of dog food and dump it over the fence . When the get full they will go to sleep. The Fowler's
