This week, our playdate at the park was cancelled with a friend because she didn't want to bring her baby out in the cold. It was 65 degrees out. I had to smile, and think of all the folks who are frozen stiff in Utah. I guess it's all relative:)
This really made me laugh. My mom was from Norway. She would bundle me up and send me outside to play no matter what the weather was like. We lived for a time in upstate New York, where it is snowy and very cold. I was usually the only kid outside playing in the snow. Americans are such wimps! And you're right: 65 degrees is a heat wave to Utah right now!
